　　中新社东京12月12日电　日本旭川医科大学教授上口勇次郎和美国夏威夷大学教授柳町隆造日前发表论文称，人类的精子在经过类似制作碗面的冷冻干燥技术处理后仍然能够在需要的时候恢复到正常状态。

　　据此间媒体报道，目前为治愈不孕症而备用的精子通常被放在液体氮中进行保存，但是当停电等突然事故发生时，精子的存活会受到危险。



上口和柳町率领的研究队伍则通过实验发现，如果将人类精子放在三十七摄氏度的特殊溶液中浸泡十分钟后，液体氮会迅速冻结并在真空状态下冷冻干燥。处理过的精子放入四度的冰箱中保存一个月再恢复常态后对其进行观察，科学家发现百分之八十到九十的精子染色体与始终处于自然状态的精子基本没有差别。

　　同时，科学家们还用经过同样方法处理的老鼠精子培育出受精卵给母鼠受精，培育出正常的胎儿，精子的各方面遗传信息都得到正确保留。

　　参与实验的研究者指出，“这一研究不仅能应用于不孕症的治愈，还可以用于珍贵野生动物、转基因动物精子的保存”。
